The impingement plate is in a structure with the inclined periphery and the circular arc double turning corners in the transition fit. It can reduce the friction force between a ship body and the surface of the rubber fender, reduce the surface pressure exerted on a ship sideboard, reduce the mooring shearing force, and improve the service life of the rubber fender.
